Plein Air Trip Penticton

The best place for plein air? Penticton! πŸŽ¨β˜€οΈ

I spent a wonderful week in the Okanagan Valley doing what my heart loves most β€” painting, exploring, and soaking up the incredible landscapes around me.

I visited some of my usual stomping grounds, including Haynes Barn at Road 22 in Oliver, Wild Goose Winery, and the Sicamous Paddlewheeler, while also discovering some beautiful new places, including Mountain Springs Retreat in Kaleden.

Spending the week travelling and painting alongside so many incredibly talented artists was truly inspiring. It reaffirmed something I already knew deep down: my heart and soul belong to my art.

This week also gave me time to slow down and reflect. Life is short. We get one life, and we should live it fully. Take the time to stop and smell the roses, paint the flowers, chase the light, and most importantly, be true to your artist self. 🌸🎨

Along the way, I met so many wonderful artists and kindred spirits β€” people who share that same passion for creating, exploring, and seeing the beauty in the world around us.

Feeling grateful, inspired, and already looking forward to the next adventure. ❀️
